Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Today mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Anthony Eli Rasch, a sole proprietor registered in the Slovak Republic ("we," "us"), who publishes Today under the brand name Sapplify. Postal address: Anthony Eli Rasch – sapplify, PO Box 004, 91501 Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Slovakia. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. This aligns with the age of digital consent under the Slovak implementation of GDPR.
Beta period
The Service is currently in a private beta. During this period:
- The Service is provided free of charge.
- Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.
- Data may occasionally be lost; we make reasonable efforts to avoid this but do not guarantee it.
- Access is invitation-only and may be revoked at our discretion.
Future paid plans
After the beta period, we intend to introduce a paid subscription. We will notify beta users before any charges begin. No payment details are collected during beta.
Your content
Everything you log — weights, cycle events, journal entries, chat messages — belongs to you. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to host, store, and process it solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership.
What the Service is not
Today is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It does not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals. See the Health Disclaimer for the full statement.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Circumvent security, rate limits, or AI usage quotas.
- Use the AI partner for automated abuse (spam, jailbreak attempts, content that violates applicable law).
- Resell or white-label the Service without written permission.
About the AI partner
Today's in-app partner is powered by a large language model provided by Anthropic (Claude). Its responses are generated text — produced word-by-word from statistical patterns, not retrieved from a verified knowledge base. That means they can be:
- Wrong. The model can hallucinate facts, misremember numbers, or confuse one reading with another.
- Inappropriate for medicine. Nothing the AI says is a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for a qualified clinician. See the Health Disclaimer.
- Out-of-date. The model's general knowledge has a training cut-off, and we do not retrain it on your data.
- Non-deterministic. Asking the same question twice may produce two different answers.
You are responsible for your own judgment about anything you act on based on the AI's output. If something looks off, assume the AI could be wrong and verify with a human source.
Availability, changes, and termination
We try to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time during the beta. You may delete your account any time from within the app; on deletion we remove your data per the Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Slovak or EU consumer-protection law — in particular, consumer rights under the Slovak Civil Code and Act No. 250/2007 on Consumer Protection remain unaffected.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovak courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle a consumer user to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We'll tell you in-app and by email when we update these Terms materially. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
